About Us

Mass Training Philosophy

MAAS Training was started to bring the experience and expectations of being at a major university and
implementing them to the youth of the Ohio Valley. The mission statement is; the athlete is the focus of
the gym. This gym was never meant to be about the staff, ownership, or profit margins. This gym was
founded solely on the idea of making athletes better in their given sports. We do this by providing an
individual experience for each person. Even in group settings, we can provide some individuality to the
programming to help everyone. Since all individuals are different and all individuals are training for
specific sports, not every program should be identical. Through technology and experience, we can
individualize the programs based on the athlete’s needs.
